The scan takes hours to complete and the computer rarely turns off without shutting off randomly for that long, so it can take all day just to reach this point, so it is quite annoying to say the least. I can return to the previous scan, hit recover, and it it will work then, but if I return to the "All Around scan" it continues to not work and just do absolutely nothing. doesn't give back an error message, doesn't crash, just nothing. It does find thousands of additional files, but then comes the problem. After that, it suggests running an "all-around scan" or a "deep scan," same thing, and I choose to run as it can find even more. I select recover and it recovers and backs up years worth of old deleted files, all types. the program can run a regular scan of my old HDD on an old Windows XP desktop computer and it finds thousands of files, so no problem there.
